Nancy De Leon Meeker is the Associate Director of Finance at the Pasadena Senior Center, a nonprofit organization dedicated to enhancing the lives of older adults through social engagement and essential support services. With a deep commitment to helping others, Nancy has built a career rooted in service, finance, and nonprofit leadership.
She has over nine years of experience in finance and previously spent two decades in fundraising, development, and event planning. Her passion for community impact extends beyond her nonprofit work—she is also the co-founder of Cuatro Mamas, a Macha chili crisp oil brand launched with three fellow moms.
A proud daughter of Guatemalan immigrants, Nancy was raised in Los Angeles. She enjoys hosting gatherings, dancing, exploring new cuisines, traveling and camping with her husband, Paul, and their two daughters, Marley and Mila.
